Iowa and New Mexico will be officially decided tomorrow. They are on hold for now. Counting provisional ballots mostly.

Ohio will take 11 days for their provisional ballots.

Did someone forget about the election?

You might as well just outsource everything to a third-world country, eh. I'd be willing to count some ballots . . .

It seems that it's always just after elections that I have little faith in the democratic process. We'll see who the secret ruling class picks to be President.

John Kerry conceded....

But, if from the counts he will turn out to win the elections, will he still be president? Or can't he be the president anymore because he conceded?

Its like surrendering in a war. Once its done, its done. He loses.

But say, Kerry gets most votes, then will he be the president? Or did he already throw away that chance by conceding?

He threw away his chances. He conceded, he's officially given the race to Bush.

Kerry's not going to be an ass about it like Gore was. He knows he was beat, and that there's no way he can win Ohio. Classy of him to concede.

I agree. Either Gore or Bush should have done the same last time...I have no idea who should have because I can't remember who was in the lead before Florida...

In Florida, the odds were against Bush because it was a largely democratic state.

Drat! *Sighs*. Oh well, at least now we are guaranteed a new president in 2008 .

Yes, he threw out his chances. But either way, he'd have to get more than the provisional ballots to win.
