The Cage on DVD

I'm probably behind everyone, I bet you all know this. But according to my DVD magazine, Star Trek:Season 3 will contain "The Cage", both the B & W and colour version. Yippee!

I was curious as to why it wasn't included with Season 1 but at least it'll be on one of the boxsets (just brought Season 2 today, TOS is the ONLY Trek series I will buy to keep, the rest I just rent).

Finally, I can give away my really old VHS of "The Cage".

I hope people enjoy it when they see it on the Season 3 boxset. It's different and probably hard to take if you've been brought up on a diet of TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY and ENT. It's certainly not much like the Shatner series that followed. But when judged on it's own merits, I personally think it is very good.
