Ernest Goes to Camp:
Feature Film 90min.
Ernest P. Worrell, America's lanky, lovable know-it-all (played to perfection by comedian "Hey Vern! KnoWhutImean?" Jim Varney), stars as the hero of this frenetic, side-splitting comedy. The handyman at Kamp Kikakee, Ernest becomes a camp counselor -- to a gang of juvenile delinquents from the Midstate Boys Detention Center! Not only must Mr. Advice-for-every-possible-occasion wrangle the wayward youths, but he has to save the camp from the ruthless clutches of a giant mining company, too. Comic pandemonium ensues in the laugh riot of the summer season... or any ol' time.

Ernest Saves Christmas:
Feature Film 90min.
High-flying reindeer! Mischievous elves! Warp-speed sleigh rides! Get set for a magical dose of holiday cheer, zany season's greetings and spellbinding special effects in this fast-paced, heartwarming hit! When Santa Claus decides to retire and pass on his magic bag of Christmas surprises to a new St. Nick, he enlists the aid of a hilarious assortment of characters, including that lovable know-it-all Ernest P. Worrell (Emmy Award-winning comedian Jim Varney)! Along the way, Santa and Ernest help a cynical teen experience the season's spirit like never before. And that's where the fun -- and magic -- begins! Ernest Saves Christmas... one delightful, surprising tale you'll never forget!

Ernest Goes to Jail:
Feature Film 90min.
Only a bumbling bank janitor like know-it-all knucklehead Ernest P. Worrell (Emmy Award-winning comedian Jim Varney) could serve on jury duty and wind up serving time -- in the slammer! The laughs start when a crooked lawyer discovers that Ernest is a dead ringer for his crime-boss client... and before you can say "Framed!" -- the switch is on! While Ernest is behind bars trying to fit in and break out, he manages to turn the big house into a nuthouse full of BIG laughs. Meanwhile, his evil double is busy taking his place at the bank and in his girlfriend's life. Full of comic inventiveness, a wacky cast of characters, and slam-bang special effects. Ernest Goes to Jail is guilty of maximum fun in the first degree!

Ernest Scared Stupid:
Feature Film 90min.
Everybody's favorite know-it-all, Ernest P. Worrell, scares up heaps of hilarious laughs in this frightfully funny comedy! The lovable lunkhead is in for a devil of a time when he accidentally unleashes an evil demon from its sacred tomb -- causing the awakened foe to go on a devastating rampage. Ernest desperately attempts to prevent the destruction of town, but a 200-year-old curse renders Ernest Scared Stupid! And that's when the fun and adventure begin! Loaded with uproarious hilarity -- and a host of outrageously kooky characters -- this big-screen treat delivers off-the-wall nuttiness that's sure to drive you wild any time of the year.

Ernest Rides Again:
Feature Film 90min. Yes, Ernest P. Worrell is at it again -- blundering through life and high speed chases in "Ernest Rides Again". All it takes is Ernest and a metal detector to set off a chain of events involving the Crown Jewels of England, Scotland Yard, an evil doctor and a giant runaway cannon. With the help of his buddy, Professor Abner Mellon, Ernest unearths Goliath, the largest cannon ever made during the Revolutionary War. According to one legend, Goliath contains the real Crown Jewels of England, which were stolen by colonists in 1773. Beginning with one tiny downhill ride, Goliath takes Ernest on a hysterically dangerous ride pursued by unscrupulous historians, the British authorities and worst of all -- Abner's wife. Can anyone stop Goliath? Will the real Crown Jewels be discovered? Will Ernest become the king of England? Does a one-legged duck swim in a circle? Find out when "Ernest Rides Again," an action comedy that only a family can love. KnoWhutImean?

Feature Film 90min.
That rubber-faced funny man Ernest P. Worrell, the All-American Knuckle Head, finally shows us who put the "dip" in diploma. Ernest, as the Chippewa Falls school custodian, must complete his high school education, or he's out of a job. His only friends are the lowly marching band members and two mad science teachers who give Ernest a little I.Q. booster from the still-experimental "Sub-Atomic Brain Accelerator." All looks swell for our hero until the villainous football team sabotages the "Brain Accelerator." The action never stops when this wacky bumpkin uses his pumpkin.

Slam Dunk Ernest:
Feature Film 90min.
America's favorite funny man finally has his day in court. Or on court, rather, when he dribbles his way through a hilarious farce that has Ernest P. Worrell going man-to-man with the NBA!

The Jack-of-all-trades has a new job. He and his buddies are a team of maintenance men at the local mall, and six of his custodial colleagues have formed what turns out to be the most formidable City Y League team in town with a chance to play an exhibition game against the NBA. As usual, Ernest is the odd man out trying desperately to fit in. But this time it's going to take a miracle for Ernest to be "one of the guys" on the "Clean Sweep" team.

Ernest Goes to Africa:
Feature Film 90min.
Misadventures in Africa are inevitable when Agent 32 (a.k.a. Ernest P. Worrell) is accused of stealing two magnificent diamonds known as the "Eyes of Egoli." In an effort to win over Renee, the waitress who has captured his heart, Ernest presents her with a special yo-yo made of some shiny trinkets found at a flea market. Renee is not impressed and explains that she wants a man who can fill her life with the excitement and intrigue it lacks. As if on cue, the evil Prince Kazim, who will stop at nothing to retrieve the booty, abducts the two suspected thieves to the wilds of Africa where they are chased from jungle to palace to pride-land. Ravenous crocodiles, hostile tribesmen and a rhino named Dorothy all stand in the way of their escape from Prince Kazim's cronies. Armed only with his wits and good looks, Ernest proves that even the untamed vastness of Africa is no match for Ernest P. Worrell. KnoWhutImean?

Ernest in the Army:
Feature Film 90min.
Ernest has always dreamed of driving ARMY big rigs and armored vehicles. So, desperate to get behind the wheel, he lets his good buddy, Sgt. Ben Koski talk him into joining the ARMY RESERVES. This leads to a series of comic misadventures as Ernest battles the brass and takes command of the ARMY's rolling stock. Although he'll never be a textbook soldier, Ernest uses his own comic brand of not-so-common sense and courage to take on the power-hungry Middle East dictator and his dreaded secret weapon. It's Ernest's biggest challenge ever as he goes all out to save his band of military misfits and a young boy orphaned by the war that he befriends along the way.

I hope you seening these great comedy movies by this guy. And in his favorite word he uses is "KnoWhutImean"

I think I saw one Ernest movie back in the early 90's. I can't really remember much about it.

Thanks for those reviews, I didn't realize there had been so many Ernest movies. I may have to watch out for those on TV.

I have watched most of them from some time to another, I doubt I will ever find the time to watch one again.
