Its the one where picard finds a space probe close to some planet.And the probe go's into his mind and makes him live out a life of someone on a planet that was dying becasue its sun was getting hotter.The probe is telling the story of the planet.

I know EXACTLY what episode you're talking about. It's a REALLY good one too. Umm, I don't know the name of it, but I'd suggest going to here to find it. Just flip through the seasons and you're bound to find it.
