Since you are having so much trouble with the foreign languages why dont you just lock each thread dedicated to making foreign language quotes or games. instead of trusting that people will follow the rules

You're referring to those foreign language games in Fun and Games which were locked almost a month ago? The ones where it was stated that there were to be no more of them?  There are no problems with foreign languages on the board right now.
