DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. - A man who was angry about a suspected theft recruited three teenagers to stab and beat six people to death with baseball bats in a Florida home, investigators said Sunday after making four arrests.

Remains of the six victims - four men and two women - were found Friday in the blood-spattered home.

Police and other authorities gather in front of a home, seen in background, in Deltona, Fla.

All four suspects have been charged with first-degree murder and armed burglary, the Volusia County sheriff's department said. All of the victims had been stabbed, but autopsies determined the cause of death was the beating injuries.

Troy Victorino, 27, of Deltona was identified as the ringleader. Also arrested were Robert Cannon, 18, of Orange City, Jerone Hunter, 18, of Deltona and Michael Salas, 18, of Deltona.

"Officials struggling to come up with a motive for the crime believe the killings were committed over the theft of some clothes and an Xbox game system owned by Victorino,'' who has a criminal record for assault, a statement from the sheriff's office said.

The bodies were discovered in a three-bedroom home in Deltona, about 25 miles north of Orlando, after one victim's co-worker at Burger King called a friend and asked the person to visit the home because the victim had not arrived for work, officials said.

"We've never seen anything like this," Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson told reporters Friday afternoon. "There was an extreme level of violence."

The sheriff's office on Saturday identified the victims as Michelle Ann Nathan, 19; Anthony Vega, 34; Roberto "Tito'' Gonzalez, 28, of New York; Francisco Ayo Roman, 30; and Jonathan Gleason, 18. Authorities had not yet positively identified the sixth victim by late Saturday.

An XBox. Good Lord.

Oh my word!
Well, I won't have ANYTHING to do with X Box, as in I won't play it, buy it, etc.
This is because they have hired Jadikiss, a Rapper, to be their spokesperson, and my oposition to this: In a song he BLUNTLY accuses the President of bringing down the Twin Towers and also said that Halle Berry had sex with a white person to win an oscar.

Those are two HORRIBLE accusations, especially the Bush one, but the other one is horrible too, and so I have boycotted Microsoft's X-Box Division.

Ok, that is way too excessive. I've got an xbox and am proud to have one, had it for a while now. I don't care who they have as their spokesperson, I judge on the games system.

It is NOT too excessive--if they have a HORRIBLE spokesperson like Jadikiss, then they must be boycotted.
The same would have happened were I too know way back when Ludicrous was Pepsi's spokesperson, for instance--I would've done the same, were it to happen now, when I care about things like that. (Back 1 1/2 years ago I knew NOTHING about politics and the news aside from who our President was and basic things like that.)

Ok, the reason I posted this topic was because six people were bludgeoned to death over a game system. Not to debate the quality of XBox. People are dead.

They weren't just killed for the game system. I believe it says clothes and the X-Box. Im not saying its ok, im just being clear about that.

It is terrible that he sent people to murder them. Even if they stole the X-Box, they didn't deserve to die. Im shocked that someone would even do that over such a stupid reason.

Yeah this is insane. I can't believe that not one but four people killed others over a game console.

Sorry, I never meant the boycotting was excessive, I was speaking about the killings. I can't believe someoen would do something like that. Not for stealing.
