yes people have died and its not something to be happy about but you have to remeber they are dieing for freedom and by signing up for the military they are saying they are willing to die for freedom we are in a war people die in wars we cant just pull put because we lose some people what would that be showing the world? it would be showing that if we go to war they just need to kill some people and we will run away with our tails between our legs. now 916 americans and 61 britons have died since the war began now how many have we sent over? yea we lost maybe 1% of what was sent seiously now 1% loses is amazing no other war we have been in can make that claim just think how many died in the civil war? the revolutionary war? world war 1 world war 2? vietnam? way more then 961! much higher percentage then 1% so why is there so much antiwar? you are just sending our kids to their deaths!! let our forces come home really? i want some good points haveing far far fewer casualties then any other war and there is much much more antiwar support then in any of the wars that we lost so many more lives .....excluded vietnam of course that was worse then the antiwar movement of today. I tried joinging the army national guard i tried as hard as i could but i couldnt get in due to my health and needing to take pills everyday to keep myself in good health I wish i could go over and help i would be proud to
