Just so we're clear, folks, I am looking for a site where I can download music legally. I am a person who believes that composers and publishers of music SHOULD receive remuneration for their work and I am not looking for anything illegal.
My problem is that I can't seem to find the following songs anywhere...
1.) "Can You Read My Mind" (Pop Version) from Superman The Movie (the song sung by Lois Lane when she flew with Superman)
2.) Supergirl The Movie Main Theme
3.) Miami Vice theme tune
4.) T.J. Hooker theme tune
5.) 1989 Batman movie theme tune
If anyone knows how to legally download songs for my own personal use (and I am more than willing to pay said sites), I'd be very grateful.

You can run a search for those songs in Windows Media Guide. It's free and legal.

Heh...you said legally. You can see whos hosting the song on their website, just type in to google something like "name of song","download here"
But thats probably illegal too, im not sure.

Thanks, folks, quite a few websites for me to go to.
One day, all music will be downloaded via the Internet, I think. It's easier and it's better for the environment. And I think most people are willing to do it legally.

There will Always be people who will not want to do it the legal way. You don't have to pay if you do it Illegal.

Last time I checked, Limewire wasn't legal.

KaZaa
iMesh
Limewire
Morpheus
WinMX
BitTorrent
In most cases. I dont think that TV themes are entirely illegal to download anywhere.
So basically, just pay 99 cents for it. Go to http://www.itunes.com. Install the program. Then go to music store, search for it, and buy it. Very easy.

Dude, there were a bunch of Canadians at the Catholic conference I got back from Sunday--it was so great. They had a little horse head on a stick (you know, those toy "horses" children have), which had a canadian flag on its head. Most national pride I've ever seen for Canada.

Yah, I was bored last night, so I downloaded the following programs:
WinMX
iMesh
Limewire
Morpheus
And I already had BitTorrent and KaZaa. So I ran them all at once, becuase I had nothing better to do. Only one client had any downloads running, but I ran them all! LOL.
