PostSun Jun 20, 2004 5:25 pm    Enterprise Daedalus's Children - UK release?

According to the amazon.co.uk site, Book 2 of the duology was supposed to be released in May but they've never had it in stock and on the "Marketplace" it is only available if it is shipped across from the states.

I wondered has anyone got the book in the UK or can point me to a site where they stock it?

I had a similar problem with a Star Wars book once and had to have it shipped from the US.

I'm surprised though since Book 1 has been available in UK shops for a while and it doesn't make sense to stock UK shops with Book 1 if they're not gonna release Book 2...

Thanks all.

Yep they've got it. It don't look that bad either. just said that they tested the warp engine on a daedalus class and it was destoyed and something similar happenes to the enterprise and trip abandons his crew mate cuz he didn't want to have the same thing happen again.
Sounded pretty cool

Cool! I'll have to see if they've got it in stock next time I'm in town. Of course, theres a new Star Wars book out this week as well so I'm gonna be on the look out for that one as well.
