PostThu Jun 17, 2004 4:35 am    Captain Gavin Young!

That's right, your eyes are not deceiving you. I am now a Captain in the Royal Navy. Commanding non other than the HMS Enterprise! Apparently Admiral Finnegan (my direct superiour) heared of my liking of Trek and posted me to the Enterprise! But I have had enough of fighting. So in a few years I will be getting a transfer to a desk job. In the Judge Advocate General Department. My all time fave part of the millitary.

Congratulations on both your rank and posting. Quite the accomplishments. Man, I would LOVE to work on an actual ship named Enterprise. Thats pretty damn cool.

Why thank you Mr. Defiant for you kind words, and working in the Navy is no piece of cake, it takes 4 years at BDFA (British Defence Force Academy) then one year as an NCO then you must do another 2 years at BDFA to become a comitioned officer. But before BDFA you must do exceptionally well in your GCSE's and then you've got to put up with begin told what to do, no matter what rank you are whether your a Seaman or Admiral, your being ordered about by somebody!

Congrats. I didn't know there was an HMS Enterprise, I'm pretty sure there is a USS one, though,

Yay, JAG is so spiffy,
