In the episode "In The Pale Moonlight", the Romulans were duped into entering the Dominion war. As far as I know they never find out about it. If they found out what do you think they would say or do to the Federation?

At first, they would try to assasinate, or murder in any other way, Garak and then convict Sisko and in the end declare war to the federation.

I seriously doubt they would do anything, since they knew that joining the war was the right thing to do, to preserve their freedom and culture. Besides that they won! I think they would bring charges against Sisko, but that would only be a formality.

I doubt the Romulans would have declared war on the Federation. They were already getting their butts kicked by the Dominion as things were, so why waste ships and troops when you can let someone else do all the dirty work?
