Obviously they have ears from that picture. Although their long hair usually hides them.

i think the reason that they dont show klingon ears is b/c the hair covers the edge of the makeup, so it doesnt look funny

Not having ears doesn't necessarily mean to be deaf. Birds have no visible ears, yet owls have a better sense of hearing than dogs. They can hear a mouse walking through grass at a distance of about 1/4 mile.
Grasshoppers hear with membranes they wear on their knees. Eels and other fish that prefer muddy waters where visibility is bad, can hear their prey (water insects, mainly).

btw, afaik you only get to see the ears of ancient Klingons (Worf's grandfather, in this case). You never get to see the ears of "modern" Klingons. As their forehead ridges seem to have developed within only 4 generations (since Kirk's encounters with Kor), it seems legal to assume that there might have been other anatomical changes as well. But as Worf stated: "Klingons don't discuss this matter with outsiders" it leaves room for speculation.
On the other hand, Worf was surprised to discover Ba'El's (his half-Romulan/half Klingon flirt) pointed ears; hence we can assume that even modern Klingons do have ears.
