If you mean parsec, a parsec is about 3.26 light-years. So it's about 30.9 trillion kilometers (or 19.2 trillion miles).

I believe they use this unit of measurement for interstellar space travel.

The parsec was defined using the difference in angular position of a star between measurements 6 months apart. It makes translating angular (telescope) readings into distances easier. It wasn't really invented for interstellar navagation, since the angles of a star from different planets will vary.
