Yeah, I wrote a few poems the other night. I suck at writing rhyming ones so ... hope you in enjoy ...

Faithful
By Ej Blackett

When darkness falls,
All who are trapped in side will dissapear.
My love for you is complete,
And all that is remembered shall be forgotten.
When the dark is finally cleared,
I shall be standing there,
Waiting for you.

The Bus Shed Girl
By Ej Blackett

A young girl waited,
Her family had forgotten her.
She sat alone,
By the bus shed.
The boys were laughing and poking fun,
The girls were flirting and talking about gossip.
Three cars drove by, and then the bus.
The girl was still there,
Waiting for her ride.
No one came,
And it was getting into the night.
A man ran passed,
Three policemen behind him.
A criminal he was,
From the gaol.
A policeman shot,
Missing the target,
Not seeing the girl who doubled over.
They ran past as blood pooled out,
The little girl choked on a cry,
And black took her over.
Her family never came.
They never loved her.
See what could happen?
Don't be like them,
Love your children.
The little girl that was by the Shed,
The little girl that got shot in the leg.
She died that night,
No one ever knew,
Until the next morning,
When the bus came ...

Poverty Girl
By Ej Blackett

Black,
Dark,
Blood,
Mess,
Flowers,
Daisies,
And Peacock feathers.
A war is not the place for a little girl,
Even if she lives in poverty,
Surrounded by death,
It's still not the place.
When that little girl grew up,
She became strong.
The war still raged,
But why would it not?
She didn't know that she would be killed.
But everyone dies, right?
So why did it matter?
Because she has a family,
And she has friends.

Hope you enjoyed them ... I just like writing things. Add your own if you want. I won't mind.
Ej

Phoenix:
By: Kellee

Here my cry,
coming over the horizon,
fell my touch,
under your palm,
hear what I hear,
and trust upon you,
burn into flames,
and be reborn,
life,
death,
and reborn,
a life of a Phoenix,
all is long,
but so short,
Man,
it feels good to be alive,
In the heart of a phoenix......

I know it sounds weird srry

The Lost Girl
By: Kellee

She sat alone,
on the bench,
that her mommy left her at,
she said she'd be back,
but that was long ago,
until a woman dressed in white,
came and found her,
and told her it was time to leave,
and they dissapeared in white light,
when her body was found,
she had frozen to death,
but she was in a better place,
where there was eternal peace,
and love,
and happiness,
she's in a better place.
