Future Generations (Very Long Storylines)

It may take a while to read but it is a story about a Dominion attack on Deep Space Nine and the crew of ds9, voyager, and tng are all in the story. It is not complete yet.

Future Generations

In the 24th century the old threat to the Federation had returned. A Jem�Hadar battleship attacked an outpost 2000 light years away from Deep Space Nine. The people in the outpost couldn�t defend themselves so they were destroyed. 2 hours after the attack a badly damage shuttle from the outpost docks at Deep Space Nine and the officer of the shuttle tells the bad news to Commander Kira Nerys.

Officer: The outpost has been destroyed.
Comm. Kira Nerys: Who�s responsible for the attack?
Officer: It was the Dominion.

After hearing the bad news, Commander Kira Nerys heads for the bridge and hails the Federation for assistance. Admiral Owen Paris answers the hail, and gives Commander Kira Nerys the orders that she must do.

Admiral Owen Paris: What has happened Kira?
Comm. Kira Nerys: The Dominion is back Admiral and they have attacked an outpost 2000 light years from our location.
Admiral Owen Paris: Kira, you better activate your red alert.
Comm. Kira Nerys: Red Alert Ensign.
Ensign: Yes, Commander!
Admiral Owen Paris: Kira, you must ask the Cardassians, and the Romulans for help. They should help you protect Deep Space Nine from any Jemhadar attacks.
Comm. Kira Nerys: I will do what I can Admiral.
Admiral Owen Paris: Do what you must; our lives and theirs depend on it.
Comm. Kira Nerys: Yes, Sir!
Admiral Owen Paris: Paris Out!

After hearing the news from Commander Kira Nerys of the Dominion attack, Admiral Owen Paris calls upon Captain Picard to help in the security of the Deep Space Nine.

Admiral Owen Paris: Jean-Luc, the Dominion has attacked an outpost means they are our enemy again and we are officially at war with them.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I understand Admiral.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: What would like us do Admiral?
Admiral Owen Paris: I want you and the Enterprise to head to Starbase 375 where you shall meet with Admiral Janeway, you must escort her to Deep Space Nine so she can take command of the station.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I understand Admiral.
Admiral Owen Paris: After that she will give you all the instructions.
Admiral Owen Paris: Good luck Jean-Luc.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Ensign set course to Starbase 375 warp 9.

The USS Enterprise finally arrives on Starbase 375.

Commander Worf: Captain we are being hailed.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: On Screen.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Admiral, we will be escorting you to Deep Space Nine.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: You arrived just in time Jean-Luc.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: I�m ready to beam aboard.

Admiral Janeway beams aboard the Enterprise.

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: We have no time to waste Jean-Luc, set course for Deep Space Nine at warp 9.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Yes, Admiral.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Ensign set course for Deep Space Nine warp 9.
Ensign: Aye, Sir!

The USS Enterprise Sets course for Deep Space Nine.

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Jean-Luc you and your crew must protect Deep Space Nine.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I assure Admiral we will protect Deep Space Nine even if it means our destruction.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Your courage will not forgotten Jean-Luc.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: The Cardassians have agreed to help us and they should be sending 20 Galor Class Warships, while on the other hand the Romulans will be sending 10 Warbirds to aid us in our goal of defending Deep Space Nine.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Jean-Luc please notify Kira that I will taking command of Deep Space Nine.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I will not forget to remind her.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Mr. Worf send a signal to Deep Space Nine.
Commander Worf: Aye, Sir!

On Deep Space Nine, Commander Kira Nerys receives her orders from the Admiral.

Comm. Kira Nerys: Ensign drop to yellow alert.
Comm. Kira Nerys: Everyone please be advised that Admiral Kathryn Janeway will take command of this station once she arrives.

In Sickbay�.

Doctor Julian Bashir: Ensign Willard it�s a real good idea to prepare these medical supplies now so we are better prepared if this station does get attacked.
Ensign Jane Willard: I�m on it Sir.

Outside Deep Space Nine a fleet of 20 Cardassian Warships arrive to protect Deep Space Nine.

Ensign: Commander Kira we are being hailed.
Comm. Kira Nerys: On Screen Ensign.
Gul Hartek: It�s nice to see you Commander.
Comm. Kira Nerys: It�s nice to see you too.
Comm. Kira Nerys: May I ask were Garak is?
Gul Hartek: Garak is not here he is in Cardasia commanding a fleet of ships to protect the Empire.
Gul Hartek: I will talk to you later.
Ensign: Commander the USS Enterprise is hailing us.
Comm. Kira Nerys: On Screen.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Kira I will take command of Deep Space Nine once I arrive.
Comm. Kira Nerys: Yes, Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: We will be docking shortly.

As the USS Enterprise tries to dock Deep Space Nine the wormhole opens and a fleet of 30 Jem�Hadar battleships arrive. The Cardassians immediately battles the Jem�Hadar battleships. As the fighting continues 20 Federation ships arrive along with 10 Romulan Warbirds. The USS Enterprise beams Admiral Janeway to the Station and joins the battle against the Jem�Hadars.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Mr. Worf fire phazer and photon torpedoes.
Commander Worf: Aye, Sir!
Commander Worf: Captain hull breaches from deck 7 and 9.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Mr. Worf order evacuation of that area, and seal it off.
Commander Worf: Deck 7 to 9 as been evacuated.

After hours of fighting the Cardassians lost 11 out of it�s 20 Warships. The Federation lost 7 of its Starships, while the Romulans lost only 4 Warbirds. Deep Space Nine sustained heavy damaged.

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Julian how many casualties on the station.
Doctor Julian Bashir: Well I can tell you Admiral there are many.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Treat as many of the wounded as you can.
Doctor Julian Bashir: Yes, Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Kira are you all right?
Comm. Kira Nerys: Yes, Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Kira take a team down to engineering and get this station up and running.
Comm. Kira Nerys: On my way Admiral.

Meanwhile on Earth�.

Admiral Owen Paris: Chakotay you better get to Deep Space Nine, Admiral Janeway needs your support.
Captain Chakotay: Yes, Sir.
Admiral Owen Paris: And Chakotay please stop by Utopia Plantia Captain William. T. Riker will join you on your journey.
Captain Chakotay: Captain Riker of the USS Titan sir?
Admiral Owen Paris: Yes, now get going.
Captain Chakotay: On my way Admiral.
Captain Chakotay: Chakotay to transporter room?
Ensign: Yes, Captain?
Captain Chakotay: Beam me out of here Ensign.
Ensign: Yes, Sir.
Commander Tom Paris: What is our mission Captain?
Captain Chakotay: Set course for Utopia Plantia, we must rendezvous with the USS Titan and head for Deep Space Nine.
Commander Tom Paris: Aye, Captain.

On Deep Space Nine

Ensign: Admiral we are being hailed by the Romulans.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: On Screen.
Admiral T�Neria: Admiral Janeway we are preparing to send a fleet of cloaked ships to the Gamma Quadrant, hopefully those ships should help our cause by giving us Intel on any future Dominion attacks.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: That�s a very good plan Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: I would like you to beam aboard Admiral so we can discuss any future plans against the Dominion.
Admiral T�Neria: I will be beaming aboard shortly to take your offer.

Meanwhile on Utopia Plantia

Captain Chakotay: Harry hail the USS Titan.
Captain William T. Riker: Chakotay�
Captain Chakotay: Captain we better get to Deep Space Nine.
Captain William T. Riker: Will be on our way.
Captain Chakotay: Tom Set course for Deep Space Nine� Warp 9.
Commander Tom Paris: Aye, Captain.

On Deep Space Nine

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Admiral does your plan ensures success, the Dominions does have capabilities to detect cloaked ships.
Admiral T�Neria: I assure you Admiral our ships won�t be easy to detect.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: And if does get detected?
Admiral T�Neria: We will of course have no choice but to attack the enemy.
Admiral T�Neria: If we have to crash our ships onto theirs then we will do such.
Admiral T�Neria: Insuring our victory is very important Admiral.

On the USS Enterprise

Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Beverly what�s the status of the wounded.
Comm. Beverly Crusher: I can tell you that most of the injuries are not serious.
Comm. Beverly Crusher: Most of the wounded should recover in a day or two.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Thank you Beverly.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Picard to Engineering.
Comm. Geordi LaForge: Yes, Captain?
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Geordi what�s the status on the impulse engines?
Comm. Geordi LaForge: Well, I should be able to get it back no less than an hour Captain.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Picard Out.

Captain Picard heads for the bridge meanwhile on DS9.

Commander Kira Nerys: Ensign! I want those com panels fixed right way.
Ensign: Yes, Commander.
Commander Kira Nerys: Miles what�s the status on auxiliary systems.
Chief Miles O�Brien: They should be repaired in less than an hour.
Chief Miles O�Brien: I just need a few minor adjustments and these systems should be back to work in no time.

A com panel explodes injuring a crewman of Deep Space Nine.

Commander Kira Nerys: Doctor! Report to Engineering we got a wounded crewman.
Doctor Julian Bashir: On my way!
Commander Kira Nerys: Can you get up?
Ensign: I can�t feel my body commander.
Doctor Julian Bashir: He has a broken neck and plasma burns.
Doctor Julian Bashir: Don�t worry Ensign I will heal these wounds.

On the Enterprise

Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Admiral Janeway, it�s nice to see you again.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: I can say the same thing Jean-Luc.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Jean-Luc I have a mission for you and your crew.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: What sort of mission would this be Admiral?
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: A mission that requires patients Captain.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Now, I want you and your crew to enter the wormhole. When you get to the other side I want your crew to plant cloaked mines that only Federation and it�s allies can detect.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I understand Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: The mines in which you plant should catch those Jem�Hadars off guard.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: We will do what we can Admiral.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Do watch out for any Jem�Hadars near by Jean-Luc.

On Deep Space Nine

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Kira, you have the bridge.
Commander Kira Nerys: On my way Admiral.
Ensign: Admiral we are being hailed by the Cardassians.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: On screen.
Gul Hartek: I request help from your crew.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: What sort of help?
Gul Hartek: Admiral my engineering crew are all but dead and I need a crew that can fix my ship.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: I am sorry to hear that, help will arrive soon.
Gul Hartek: I thank you Admiral.
Ensign: Admiral, the USS Voyager has arrived.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Hail them Ensign.
Captain Chakotay: It�s been along time Kathryn.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: Chakotay you might want to beam aboard the station so we can talk.
Captain Chakotay: On my way Admiral.

On Admiral Janeway�s Quarters.

Admiral Kathryn Janeway: So Chakotay how is the old ship?
Captain Chakotay: It hasn�t changed.
Admiral Kathryn Janeway: It wasn�t long ago that we were all stuck in that ship on the Delta Quadrant, it seems like it was only yesterday.
