I just started ordering DS9 episodes off Netflix, so I'm kind of stuck with watching only 4 at a time and I'm a little over halfway through the first season. I was wondering when the actual storyline with the Dominion Wars and Phrphecies and stuff (keep in mind I really have no idea what I'm talking about yet) starts.

I cant remember any more I think somewhere in season 4 or somewehre in season 5

^Inncorrect.
First contact with the dominion occurs at the end of season two, the two races conflict over the next several seasons until episode No. 513 when Dukat informs sisko that he has formed an aliance between the cardassian people an dthe Dominion, thus starting the dominion war which continues on to the final episode of the series.

The Cardassian/Dominion alliance arc begins in the middle of season 5, the Dominion War arc takes all of season 6 and 7. Season's 4 and half of season 5 features a minor Klingon/Federation war. Season's 3-7 feature the Defiant.
