Stone Pillars
Stone pillars
cracked, creviced, and old
Stone collums
the ones that broke the mold
stone pillars
holding up the sky
stone cylanders
reaching ever high
1,000 moments
10,000 people they've met
100,000 storis that they could tell
you too would be interested I'll bet
yes, they've been around for long
Yes, they're very gray
Yes, someday their doomed to fall
but no, we will never see that day
that one I wrote while looking at a picture of the stone collums in Rome.
