Why did Worf suddenly hate Gowron in DS9?
I mean in TNG Worf praise Gowron and had his 100% support, but in DS9 Worf hated Gowron and killed him...

I'm not entirely sure, I haven't seen all that much of DS9 (Bad timeslot...), but I believe it's because Gowron decided to take over and command the Klingon forces in the Dominion war, and he was pretty wreckless in his tactical decisions. Eventually Worf and General Martok (Mortok? Whatever.) became frustrated and Worf challeneged him for leadership.
Or something.

I believe it had a lot to do with bringing honor back to the empire, 'cuz Galron was messing things up. So, Worf challenged him, reluctantly, since there wasn't another Klingon around to take care of business.
Also, at one time in that series, there was a Galron that was a shape-shifter, and he was a spy.
Hail! King Worf!

Worf supported Gowron up until Gowron went to war against the Cardassians. Worf did not believe the Cardassians were under the influence of the changelings and refused to join the battle. Consequentially, Gowron got angry with him and neither supported the other.
At the beginning of Season 5, Gowron was thought to be the changeling but in actual fact it was Martok who had been captured and replaced with a changeling. The founders then used this "clone" to manipulate Gowron into attacking the Cardassians. Once this was discovered, the Klingons backed down and allied with the Federation once again. They actually became stronger as a result and promised to fight the Dominion.
Later, towards the end of the Dominion War, Gowron did not like Martok and gave him suicide missions and then criticised him for not completing them. Nobody dare say it but everyone knew that Gowron was squandering the fleet on unimportant battles. Worf urged Martok to fight Gowron and by winning, overthrow him. Martok refused to act against the chancellor no matter how bad a chancellor he may be. So, instead Worf did it for him, won, and named Martok as the new leader.
