When will Enterprise come into contact with the Planet of Bajor, i think it would be a blast to see how they Traveled.

Bajor is a lot farther, and in a direction that Enterprise has not gone out to yet. They may, and it would be interesting, but right now they have gone into "The Expanse".

I've heard a theory that the reason The Expanse wasn't mentioned in the other series was because it was in what is then Romulan space.
Of course, I've heard another theory that The Expanse is what eventually came to be the Badlands, so who knows.

We never actually saw the interior of the Expanse in "The Expanse" so its possible it could be the Badlands (didn't they say that it was a layer of gas surrounding the Expanse itself that we saw in "The Expanse"?)...if it is the Badlands I wonder why they changed the name?
