Anyone else read this newest book in the Genesis Wave series? I thought it was a decent book, a bit heavy on the philosophical side though.

Basically it coincides with the very end of the Genesis Wave in book three of the series and tells the story of another world upon which the Genesis wave is inflicted and the measures that must be taken to save the population.

Ambassador Worf is the main charater in this book, with his son Alexander and his "adopted" son Jeremy Aster. It is very light on the crew of the Enterprise E, even though that ship is depicted on the cover.

Almost all of the main characters from the rest of the books make an appearance somewhere in the book, however briefly.

Certainly worthy of reading, though I would recommend waiting until it comes out in paperback. Seems like the first in a series...

This is the fourth in the series and it covers a lot about a race called Aluwnans. It also covers what Worf was doing during the Genesis Wave. Like I said wait til it comes out in paperback...unless you really love Worf and Klingons.

I liked Genesis Force better than the previous one, Genesis Wave III. I prefer the audio book versions of those, though. All four books are being read by Tim Russ.

I really liked Genesis Force. It focused on som lost characters, such as Alexander. I got a little lost on Genesis Wave III, though. This one was good.
