A ghost, and the hope it brings

Kathryn:
It’s amazing really, how time fly's. Over the years we have met some very.... interesting species, but none compared to a little hitch hiker we picked up. But we’d have to go back to the beginning for you to understand.

“Power is off-line back-up’s holding!,” Chakotay called over all the madness.
“Shut down power to unneeded sections. Alert the crew that were going to be bunking together, 2 to a room. If it gets worse we might have to make it more, Couple’s can bunk together, Chakotay, I’m putting you in charge of bunking arrangement.” I told him.
“Captain, I’m loosing thruster!,” Tom Paris yelled from helm. Over the next 2 days we were having unexplainable problems. And then there was the cases of women in coma, something in the lower decks were attacking women. We hadn’t cut support from those decks because according to B’Elanna they were very important.

Love it hate it? Plz tell me, It's short I know more later.

I think I'd like it better if your grammar was a bit better (not to be bitchy). And it seems a bit weird that when they're losing something important as the power on the ship that their first worries will be how the crew is going to be sleeping. I'd also like it if you used more trek terms.
