i love those fan fic books on what the fans write about Star trek. Strange new worlds 1,2 was fantastic. i just wish i lived in america so i could write something and send it in.
so who else likes Strange new worlds?

I think that they are pretty good. You get ST from a totally different perspective. Fans tend to be more passionate about it than the professional writers, not all, though. Christie Golden is great.

I and II were good, and III was OK. IV is not so interesting so far, I haven't finished it.

I just read the particulars of the contest in the
magazine Star Trek:Communicator. The deadline
seems to be October 1 of each year....I guess we just
missed it!
