First
Get that UFO thingy for aquariums.
Second
Take out the bottom part of it.
Third
Add a small but fast motor in the bottom.
Fourth
Attach a circular plastic at the bottom to the motor like a fan shaped.
Half of a tennis ball shaped but has turbine look to it. Like a tornado..
Fifth
Have your UFO battery powered.
Sixth
Add four legs to help it stand up.
Seventh
Watch it hover in the air.

Except that, that's not a UFO.
UFO = Unidentified Flying Object.
We know what that is. Not very well made I might add.
