New Voyager Story

For all of you who liked my J/C story here is one that is mixs of both J/C and danger.

Captain Janeway sat in her ready room going over the crew reviews trying to figure out, in her mind, a way of making Chakotay's first officer review a personal one in her quarters. Reaching over the pile of PADDs for her cup of coffee just as she was about to grab a quick sip a soft voices spoke " Kathryn here are the reports you asked for from engineering about the warp core" looking up from her coffee cup into the most beautiful black velvet eyes of Chakotay. �Thank you �Kathryn said as her hand brushed his to take the report .Kathryn is there something wrong your being so quiet. �Nothing is wrong Chakotay, I�ve got a lot on my mind today �There is one thing that you can help me with this evening, Janeway said sweetly with a smile. What is that, he answered softly. I�ve been going over your first officer review and there are a few things that I would like to discuss with you over dinner. �Kathryn will this be a private Dinner in Quarters or in the mess hall?� He asked. It�s a private dinner in my Quarters just bring the wine. She replied. Chakotay then walked around the desk to be were Kathryn was sitting quietly looking at him as he came toward her. Bending down so that his lips were close enough to brush hers with a soft kiss. �Kathryn would it be braking regulations if I were to kiss you?� in a whisper. Just as Kathryn snaked her arms around his neck pulling his lips to hers in a passionate kiss. Chakotay then pulled her up out the seat and into his arms to continue the embrace. �Spirits Kathryn you�re so beautiful� he whispered as his lips kissed her neck. �Chakotay, we need to stop now before somebody walks in on us.� Kathryn sighed. We can continue this discussion later after dinner in your Quarters.� Chakotay said with a smile as he did up the neck of her uniform. �I look forward to hearing your views on the review.� She replied in a sexy voice. Kathryn then returned to looking over the reviews of the crew with the thoughts of Chakotay�s lips on her skin burning in her mind after his step out of the ready room. Mean while on the Bridge, Chakotay was being informed by Ensign Kim on a strange anomaly being picked up by the sensors. �Commander the sensors show that anomaly appears to becoming bigger.�Kim replied �Lt. Pairs what is Voyager current Course?� asked Chakotay. �Commander Voyager is on of heading .00089 at warp 4 that will take us direct contact with the anomaly.� Pairs replied. ��Tuvok you have the bridge� Chakotay order as he heading For the doors of the ready room. �Come �Janeway answered as the doors chimed with out looking up from her work. �Captain I don�t mean to bother you again� he said in a calm tone. �What is it now Commander that needs my attention!� Kathryn answered back. �Sensors have picked up a strange anomaly directly ahead of us!� Chakotay replied. Kathryn calmly got up from her desk to walk over to the window stair out at the stars.

((Kathryn and Chakotay are in the Ready room: on the bridge:

"Tom, there's....there's a 2 degree localized change of temperature coming from....coming from Captain Janeway's Ready Room!!"

"On screen Harry."

(a thermal imaging scan of hte Ready Room pops up on the screen and there is a huge red hot spot with four legs!!!)

Harry: Oh god! Th captain has been eaten by a giant humanoid entity!!

Tom: The Captain's been eaten, I'll give you that much. Get that off the screen before Tuvok gets back!!!))
