up here, I'm paying $2.09 per gallon of midgrade. When I was coming back from the dunes, though, it was something like $2.48 for mid grade. Which sucked, because we were on E. So I filled it up with $10 worth... and we drove all the way back to the Springs (about 130 miles) without realizing that we didn't fill all the way up once gas got cheaper. That was scary.

I filled up my truck today and it was about 38 dollars.

I have a 15 gallon tank...

WOAH... it was like $2.53 a gallon!

Dude, I saw a gas station with like $2.31!!! Oh well, It doesn't make thaaaat much of a difference.

It builds up over time, as long as you are not driving around wasting gas looking for a better price. if you just find a better price then you are saving money, a copple dollars a week 54 weeks a year all the years you have yet to live, thats alot of money. and if you invested it or you have the money in an interest checking acount, or your paying with a credit card, then you can add the interest generated by that savings into the equation, it is alot of money.

Although seeing as Im forking out the guts of �200 in car repayments and insurance I think he got the better deal since he drives it more than I do

Oh, I don't get charged with interest. I pay my credit cards off in full.

that's smart, I do too, but alot of people just pay the minimum and then the interest builds up.
