Do you remember when Hary Kim turned in to that alien from the race of man eating women (Farfetched but true).
When he woke up in a sweat in the night, he went to his bathroom, and pulled the sink out of the wall like a draw, and as he did it the water started running with a light in it somewhere because the water was lit up. Maby toilets are the same. The pull it forward when they need it, and when they push it back, it flushes. Maby andyway.

Although we can't avoid nature calls, I personally think toilet break will be irrelevant to any scene in Star Trek.

I saw that episode...I don't recall a 'flushing ficture' either!
