That is surely true.
-------------------------------------------------
The Mexican Government dont want the U.S. to protect its borders.
The Mexican Government want more easy access to the border for illegal.
The Mexican Government also want illegal immigrants to work in the U.S.
So the only thing we can do at the border is arrest the illegal immigrants and send them back to Mexico. Of course give illegal immigrants no benefits in the U.S. like no healthcare, no drivers license, and no jobs for illegal.
This method would force them not to come here illegally because they know it would be next to impossible to find a job or a life in the U.S.

You are right. And why do we want the lesser qualified people? Everyone wants higher qualified. And you are right FULLY.
And actually, Borgslayer, it wouldn't force them to not come, but it COULD decrease the numbers, that is to say, IF a SIGNIFICANT amount of immigrants (3-5,000 a month at the least) were deported.
But really what would mostly stop them from coming would be securing our borders and clogging the hole. Stop the virus BEFORE it comes through, not after when it's begun its infection and its infection has spread
