-Romulus, Sazi's Office-
Sazi had been pinned by the strange "animal", which of course was the Founder. He screamed in a high pitched tone, begging for mercy. The doors to his office opened and Sela stood there, along with Torzin. She smiled at the sight of the strange animal attacking Sazi. Through the security cameras, she knew it was the Founder that had simply turned into this strange beast to stop Sazi.
"Impressive." She said to it.
Sazi, shivering in fear, looked up at Sela in a pleading way.
"Get it away!!!" He screamed.
Sela stared at him in disgust. Digust with his fat form, with his whiny voice, with his cowardice, and most of all...he was a Nautolian. She grabbed a disruptor and pointed it at the obese Nautolian's head. A dark smile crossed her face when she suddenly turned it on the Founder.
"Didn't anyone tell you?" She said in a sarcastic voice, "No animals are allowed in the building."
She pressed down on the trigger and fired the disruptor beam on the surprised Founder. If it had not been so shocked by her betrayel, he probably could have killed her easily. Unforunately, Torzin joined in and fired on the Founder, both shooting at a high intensity. The Changeling, under the stress of the high yield fire arms, began to revert to a gelatinous state.
They kept firing until finally, the Founder exploded before them. Both Romulans shielded their faces to avoid any parts flying at them. Sela looked and saw there was virtually nothing left of the Founder. She was certainly not going to leave such a powerful being alive. Sazi looked at them, still on the floor, in sheer confusion. He looked back at where the Founder had been killed and then once back at Sela.
"Why...?" He asked.
After all, she had no real reason to protect Sazi. Sela pressed the disruptor to his head and grabbed the large alien, pulling him from the floor.
"Why?" She repeated, "Because you are going to go into your office and order your forces to stand down. If you don't, I'll kill you or better yet, send you back to Sit Fito with a nice note revealing how you lost his coveted prize: Romulus."
Sazi continued to shake, feeling surrounded by his enemies. First Spock and the Founder, then Sela and Torzin, and even Sit Fito. He had no doubt that Fito would kill him for his loss through VERY painful means. Sazi was not a military genius anyways. It was a mistake leaving him in charge. Not that Fito chose him. He was simply left behind as Fito ordered the best in military might to Earth. Sazi decided that exile on Risa was better then fighting for Romulus, a planet he did not really care about.
"Fine," He said, "But you won't kill me...right?"
Sela bowed her head, seemingly genuine.
"That's up to you," She said, pressing the disruptor to the side of his face, "Go."
Sazi nodded and stumbled into his office, clumsily looking for the console to activate communications...
-IRW Sparverius, Bridge-
The Valdore class starship raced away from the Nautolian vessel. The warbirds had broken off of formation and fled, realizing what was about to happen.

Tokal watched the viewscreen and could only clench his fist in bliss as the Nautolian vessel rocked with internal explosions and ripped itself apart.
The entire bridge watched as T'Rell had done the seemingly impossible. He destroyed two of the massive Nautolian capitol ships in a Valdore class starship that was hanging on by the seams. Centurion Solal read his console and reported uncessarily.
"The vessel is destroyed." He said.
The battle had slowly been turning in their favor and the turning point was the destruction of the ship. The other vessels began to have the Nautolians on the run. As for on the planet, that was a different story. Tokal looked at T'rell and bowed his head in respect of the man.
"I don't know if this battle is over and if we'll even survive," He said, "But I just wanted to say it was an honor to fight for our home under your command."
-USS Detroit, Bridge-
Gavro nodded from his station, not wanting to argue with the captain.
"Yes, ma'am." He replied.
The ship shook from a hit by the Nautolians.
"Shields are holding." He reported.
He checked his console and saw the Galaxy class starship was still in the fight, for now. They wouldn't last forever though. There were far too many Nautolian ships and it would be only so long before the Nautolians grew bored with dealing with the orbital defense platforms. To his pleasnt surprise, he detected more incoming Federation starships. His read the registry and he called out to the captain.
"Ma'am," He said, "The USS Tochigi, Revolutionary, and the Revolt have entered the system."
The viewscreen depicted the vessels make a mad rush towards their beloved planet which was under assault. The Tochigi, Akira class, Renegade, and the Revolt, both Defiant class, ripped several fighters to shred and joined beside the Detroit.
"Captain," Gavro reported, "They're requesting to fly in formation with the Detroit."
It seemed the trio of ships believed firmly in strength in numbers...
-IKS Fek'lhr, Bridge-
The BoP dashed past the Guardian and laid waste to a Koinian ship that was already damaged. Kopok cried out in happiness as he saw the explosion. The rush of battle was in his veins and it showed. Even though the ship was dropping in shields, the battle was still exciting. The fact that they could be destroyed any minute made it even more exciting for him. Kopok noticed more incoming Federation ships but didn't bother reporting it to the General. He was too tranfixed in the destruction his vessel was wreaping. Kopok destroyed one ship and then moved onto another. Sadly, he was so blind by it that he did not notice that the hit a Koinian fighter had done created a hole in the forward shielding. One of the Nautolian vessels noticed and beamed shock troops over.
"(General!)" Kopok yelled when he saw them beam aboard "(Defend yourself!)"
He moved away from the tactical console to grab his weapon, but not before a Nautolian sliced his hand off with one of their energy sword. Kopok let out a blood curtling scream...
-USS Guardian, Sickbay-
The Bolian nurse jumped in surprise at Burns' orders and rushed to obey them.
"Aye, ma'am." she said.
For now, there was little to do though. Bolara and Juliana had put sickbay in order and everything was prepared. The only thing they needed now were patients and they were about to get a great many...
-Earth, Open Field-
"Whose in charge here?" Asked Udo," I'm Lieutenant Commander Besuz, Chief Tactical Officer of the, well, whats left of, the USS Saracen. We're here to rescue the survivors of this ship."
Lieutenant Colonel Kline, helping to carry Field Marshall Andreas, looked up at their would be rescuers. The sunlight was bright and shining down on them, causing Kline to squint his eyes.
"I'm Lieutenant Colonel Kline," He said, "I didn't know there was another rescue operation for the Field Marshall. It doesn't matter. Get us out of here and quick. Squid heads are everywhere."
As soon as he said that, one of the marines that were standing on the hull of the Aichi, screamed at the top of his lungs.
"NAUTOLIANS!!!" He yelled.
Kline turned around to see several of the Imperial troops rusing towards them. He looked back at Udo.
"We gotta get him to safety!" He said, motioning towards Andreas.
-DSG, Sickbay-
Jones shrugged, admitting that it wasn't solely for her.
"Do you know the situation on Earth, ma'am?" He asked Sofie.
He felt that she should know, as this did involve her home world. Well...from a strange point of view...
-USS Guardian, Bridge-
Ian watched as the USS Falkirk flew past them, deploying fighters, and then a moment later, the IKS Fek'lhr. He tilted his head in surprise at the sight of Klingons. It seemed to get stranger and stranger around there. A young woman, Egyptian by the looks of her, spoke from the communications console.
"Commander," She said, "Captain Picard is hailing us."
Xavier looked at the viewscreen and noticed the large Sovereign class starship race past a Koinian vessel, firing a torpedo at one of the Hydrans. He didn't realize that had been the Enterprise-E.
"Open a channel." He ordered.
The young woman nodded and obeyed.
"This is Xavier," Ian said, "Captain, how can I help you?"
-IRW Sparverius, Bridge-
The young centurion looked up at T'Rell in complete surprise as he noticed something on his console.
"Fleet admiral," He said, "The Nautolians...they're standing down. I don't know what happened..."
Tokal walked towards his console and checked an incoming message that was meant for Donatra it seemed. However, it was diverted here as this was her last known location amongst the fleet.
"Sir," He said, "It's Sela, she did it. She had General Villion order the Nautolians to stand down. It's...over. Romulus is ours..."
-Romulus, Villion's Office-
Sazi closed the channel and looked back at Sela, who was sitting at his old desk. Torzin was pointing the Romulan weapon at him, ensuring he did not attempt to leave.
"That was well done, General," Sela said, "The firmness in your voice. I never would have thought of you as tough, but anything's possible I suppose."
She looked at a console, flooded with reports from various individuals across Romulus. Once she saw the Nautolians had stood down, she sent a message to Donatra. Unfortunately, her ship had been destroyed, but one of the other ships pointed her to the Sparverius, where she was beamed to.
"Well?" Torzin asked.
Sela looked back at him and nodded in confirmation, signaling the Romulans had retaken Romulus. She leaned back in Sazi's comfertable seat and made a "tsk" sound to the fat Nautolian.
"Your people have made such a terrible mistake," She said, "Your race will be lucky if they are even allowed to live, much less ever leave their planet again."
Sazi nodded, not wanting to argue or fight it.
"Of course," He said, "But you said you'd let me go..."
Sela laughed, motioning towards Sazi with an extended finger.
"General," She said, "Surely you know that Romulans are 'treacherous'?"
With a quick nod, Torzin fired at Sazi and killed the fat Nautolian. He only had a chance to let out a grunt before he died and fell to the floor. Sela smiled at the sight, enjoying the moment of her victory. She would of course take all the credit and hopefully be in the good graces of the Tal Shiar. Her thoughts were interrupted when she noticed a familiar form that she had forgotten: Spock. The Vulcan immediately fired at Torzin and stunned the Romulan. Sela stood up, surprised at his brash action.
"What are you doing!?" She yelled.
Spock took a careful step forward, aiming the weapon at Sela. His face revealed no emotion...as usual. Sela made no quick movements as she was weaponless and had no doubt that Spock would kill her. He didn't immediately answer her question.
His eyes slowly moved towards the floor where he saw the dead Starfleet officers that had joined their rebellion after being left behind during the invasion of Romulus by Andreas.
"What have you done?" He asked.
Sela looked at the Human's corpse as she responded.
"The Nautolians killed her as we broke into the officer," She lied, "It was tragic but you knew there would be casulties."
Spock nodded, "Curious. The burn in her stomach looks like it came from a Romulan disruptor. In addition, there are no Nautolian corpses in the room."
Spock paused for a moment and finally revealed how he knew of Sela's betrayel.
"From the hallway, as I was fighting for my life," He continued, "I witnessed you kill the Changeling. He was assisting us, yet you killed him and then earlier, I tried contacting you but you never replied. I always suspected duplicity on your part, but now I see that it was not mere paranoia. You didn't respond, forcing me to continue this alone, thus heightening my chances of death."
Sela smiled, no longer able to really lie about this anymore.
"You're not getting off of Romulus alive, Spock," She replied, "Romulus is not ready for a reunification with Vulcan. Nor do many of us want it. You're poisoning the minds of your youth with your rhetoric. It has been deemed far too dangerous. Just...surrender."
The Vulcan looked towards the disruptor in his hand.
"Curious," He said, "When one usually demands another to surrender, they are the ones holding the weapon. In this case, I am, thus you shall give no demands. The reunification of our worlds is a task that I am dedicated to. Our people are one, nothing will change that."
Sela shrugged, "An entire battallion of Romulan guards, all armed, will change that. They're on their way now. As I said...surrender, Spock."
The Vulcan looked towards the door to see if anyone was nearby and then looked back at Sela. He was about to press the trigger when he could hear the Romulans approaching. Sela was about to yell for them to come in but Spock fired the weapon, stunning her quickly. He quickly approached a console and activated the transporter which whisked him away...to an unknown location...
