She was usually the computer voice for TNG, DS9 and VOY. (Not always TNG though).

I liked that line, after they rescue them from the Ferengi, when she's with Picard on the bridge, and he says:

"Lay in a course for Betazed.......Warp Nine!"

I love her as the computer voice!!!! In my opinion that's how a computer should sound if it talks. shouldn't it?

Is it wierd that I like the computer voice so much?

I absolutely LOVED how she could throw Picard off balance so easily. He always tries to act so "proper", but she could always unsettle him.

I loved that! It was always amusing--I also liked that she had such a basically brash and imposing personality. It was great to see a Betazoid who knew she had influence, and wasn't afraid to use it!

I like Lwaxana Troi. I really felt bad for her in the episode "Half A Life". When she falls in love with that Timicin & then she finds out that in his culture when someone reaches the age of 60, they have to commit suicide cuz this culture does not believe they should have their elderly be a burden to their society. It was a moving & sad episode.
On a lighter note another good Lwaxana episode was "Cost of living", the
mud bath on the holodeck was funny. Worf's little son Alexander is such a cute little boy!

Lwaxanna was awesome! I loved it when she called Work Mr. Woof. Cracks me up everytime. I was watching 'Cost of Living" last night and picard goes "Nothing will give me greater pleasure then giving Mrs. Troi away." overall good ep i must say!

Well, Luwaxana was a funny character, plus a foil for Picard, but just plain annoying. Liked her as the computer though.
