Oddly enough, that's what people said about GB hard drives

The thing is, now that programers know they have more space to deal with, they'll write bigger programs, and people will save larger images and videos with higher quality...In ten years a single TB hard drive will be almost useless.

I guess that's true. But I think it's still impressive to think about.

I just bought a new game and it requires a minimum of a 1.4ghx processor and the recommended is 2.0 so im looking to upgrade soon. I saw this Intel Pentium 4 2.4Ghz Processor on ebay for a total of 30.94

Does anyone know if it will be compatible with my computer and is it a good price?

PCMCIA card inactive((Removed at my request to allow higher Ram capacity))

W-Lan card max capacity rated at 56 MB/Second, inactive.
Touchpad Factory installed
Processor Speed 1.5 ghz
Ram Factor capability 1.2 gigs
Upgraded capacity 1.2 gigs
total 2.4 gigs
Video card: Non-factory default upgrades.
LCD Screen of unknown manufacturer
Operating System: 64 bit Windows XP((Service pack 2))
Upgraded through personal program alterations.
Inclusions: Redefined closed captioning system((Built in version rather unfunctional when playing Yuri's revenge, or watching house on Windows Media Player, or, most annoyingly, it tried to figure out what that noise msn makes when someone logs in, and then tried to display it.)), Adapted EZ Antivirus to permit EZ Antivirus to define Norton Internet Security Suite built in 60 day trial as a virus, permitting removal of the otherwise complicated and sticky uninstallation process, Adapted MSN Messenger to permit closed captioning of voice clips, and other sound-biased features, Alteration of Yahoo Messenger with Voice to permit internet calls which directly translate spoken words into text, printed within the chat box, through integration with laptop's already installed programming permitting laptop to act as a telephone, however, as Dial up modem is removed, program now only permits Yahoo's alterations.
Otherwise... it's a standard Presario V5000

You should focus more on a good video card then the processor when it comes to games.

Really, having a 512MB video card solves all your problems.
