longest i've played games straight through is 12 hrs..Sonic the hedgehog is addictive

All games are addictive, and it is easy to loose time, I've done it before, but I can also make m'self quit (Though when I first get a game, the hours just Melt away...)

yea...I know that feeling...Ive played games for hours and hours on end...but never 36 hours...and ive never become some obssessed that I felt like killing myself...the kid obviously had his own problems...and the Parents should have been able to notice he had some depression issues or something and they could have prevented the kids death...
