Ranks on Voyager

I think that the ranks were fair but I think she could have at least promoted Harry to a Lieutenant. But I know why that was. It was because the writers said that they still need the young inexperienced Ensign in a Star Trek series.

I think she assigned the ranks right for their situation, in the Alpha Quadrant Tom couldn't of even been on the crew, but when they got pulled to the Delta Quadrant she had to go on peoples experience and ability rather than if that certain person was best friends with the federation.

Edit: i also agree that Harry should of been promoted towards the end, i am abit confused, shouldn't they have a higher rank in Operations anyway :S
