I found out he was gone this morning at 4:30am when I was up getting ready for work saw on TV...got to work and got the new paper and cut out three articles bout it....putting them with all my other startrek things....Like I told one of my customers at work today...
"Today is a sad day for the star trek world....one of the greatest people has died....Beam Me Up Scotty..."
I hope to be able to see his ashes blast off in to space like he wanted.

My condolences to his family, he was a great man that inspired a generation. I really dont think that I could imagine anyone else as scotty. Rest in Peace, your final journey complete

My flag is at half staff for James. He was a nice fellow. I met him at two Star Trek Conventions. I even have his autograph at home. It is a sad day for the world of Trekkies
