Thats horrible! Can we kill all the shark?

Nope, they've been on this planet a lot longer than us, and I was told to respect my elders, evolutionary or otherwise.

More people die from spider bites, coconuts falling on their heads or landslides (caused when PEOPLE cut down too many trees). Not to mention the millions of people who die everday from easily curable diseases such as infant diarrhoea... etc etc.

So, in other words, stop having wars and then worry about shark attacks. Or, just don't go to places where sharks are.

If we were to kill every shark, which I don't think will ever happen, we'll be killing off an entire race. They have just as much right to live here then we do. They have a right to bite people as we have a right to squash a bug. They're only doing whats in there nature. It does discourage me to hear about shark attacks because people are going out to have fun. Little did they know thats when their life was going to end by being lunch for a shark. Maybe now some people will actually take a look at the risks involved. Everything has a consequence no matter how small or large it may be. Here I am rambling on

People cross the road to get to the other side, but a load of them still get run over. Let's ban cars and then kill all the sharks, seeing as cars kill far more people than sharks. While we're at it, why not save everyone's liver and ban alcohol.

We could go back to the horse drawn carrage. Pollution levels would eventually decrease if that happend.

They'd just figure out how to get alcohol anyways. But I figure, hey they want to screw up there life by getting drunk every Friday night or what ever they'll eventually lose.

Good grief! I'm a student! Do you realise what a scary thing you just said! What would we spend our student loans on!?
As for fairness, well, life is unfair! When people go and swim or surf or whatever they decide to do in these places, they should be aware of the risks and potential consequences.
