Some people eat insects. Some people eat metal (although this is usually not for dietary purposes). The only difference in this case is that a human being is somewhat sentient, and the third most-intelligent species on the planet, so one should politely ask before eating a human.

No zero, I don't. Though that desire may be a product of mental dysfunction in some instances, I do not believe that that is always the case, nor should it be taken as a rule.

I've eaten bugs. Caterpillers, if cooked, just taste sorta meaty. Can't remember what the other bugs tasted like.
As for eating humans, well, it is a bit strange. I also don't think it really was murder, since it was agreed to. It's an iffy area... it doesn't really have a classification, unless youy created one for consentual cannibalism.
