I was of course exaggerating, but my point stands.

If you've got a tiny TV, then I can understand liking fullscreen. But with a TV of any decent size at all, isn't it better to see the entire picture rather than just part of it?

Doesn't matter to me .

I have a 42" flatscreen TV that will get rid of the black bars on widescreen, but it zooms in slightly to make it in between normal widescreen and full screen, so I suppose widescrean. But full screen doesn't bother me.

Full screen because I hate those black lines. I watch them more than the film/programme.

Perfect example of my point of view-----Fox originally aired Firefly in widescreen. On DVD, it's in widescreen.

Well, Scifi Channel has chosen to air it in fullscreen.....and it looks really aweful.
