Schwarzenegger won't get in. 38 states and 2/3 in both sides of Congress will NOT amend the constitution. At least, not this time around.
...I don't know about Condi Rice. She's alright, but...I don't think she'd really run...and I don't know if she should take that high of a position. But eh.
