I like it when he says "Come!"... It sounds so great but maybe I think so about everything he says...

Actually you would say come here. Not Come. I think the child might be slightly unbalanced if all you ever said was Come when they were let into a room.

I think that it makes him sounds more...eh...formal, if you will. Its just kind of powerful and it lets the person know on the other side of that door that he is in charge and he is the Captain. "Come" just gives a sense of power and the way he says it. I think that it fits his character.

I just don't like it when everytime, he dismisses a person from his readyroom, and they are turning around to leave, he starts to say something else. You'd think that he'd bother to be ready ahead of time.

I think Picard usually sounds like he's in a bad mood when he says 'Come'. However, I can't think of anything better.
