The Breen were first shown in DS9's "Return to Grace".
There was a mention of them in Generations----"That narrows it to Romulan, Breen, or Klingon."
There *may* have been a reference to the Breen in Voyager's Scorpion, when Tuvok said they used organic technology. But since the Breen we saw on DS9 didn't seem to have organic tech, Tuvok must have been referring to the Brean or the Brene.

The Romulans have a saying: "Never turn your back on a Breen".
They had the balls to attack Earth. No wonder The Femlae Changeling sweated them so much.

There isn't really all the much info on them. What i know is they use organic based ships, and are a very warlike race, perhaps in future episodes more will be revealed

Note to self: Breen ships are generaly weaker then most species ships but the Energy Dampener and incredible speed of warp 9.9 makes up for that
You mean some kind of acid spray thingy?

But it's like love or hate, now is that real or fake?
Cause it's a real thin line, but that's your choice to make.
The question at hand, help me understand, is this your plan?
I think I can, can I think, then I think I can.

From the Star Trek Encyclopedia....Breen. Humanoid Civilization.("Hero Worship" TNG) Owing to the extremely cold temperature of their homeworld, Breen do not have blood. ("In Purgatory's Shadow" DS9) The Breen had outposts near the Black Cluster that were investigated by the Enterpise-D in 2368. The Breen utilized cloaking technology and their ships were armed with disruptor type weapons. The, Breen, politically nonaligned, were considered but dismissed as a possible explanation for the destruction of the SS Vico in the Black Cluster. ("Hero Worship" TNG) In 2370, a Breen pilot participated in the palio on Deep Space 3. ("Interface" TNG) The Breen were not empathically detectable by the Betazoids. ("The Loss" TNG) The Breen were one of the civilizations who used type-3 disruptor weapons (Star Trek Generations) The Breen homewrold was a frozen wasteland. (Crossfire" DS9) Among the Breen, pregnancy at a young age was common ("Elogium" VGR) In 2366, two Breen warships attacked the Cardassian ship Ravirok. The Breen ships chased the Ravinrok toplanet Dozaria and forced it to crash. The Breen used the survivors from the Rivinrok to mine dillitium on Dozaria. To protect themselves fromthe heat of Dozaria, the Breen guards wore completely sealed, refrigerated suits. ("Indiscretion" DS9) Breen privateers attacked the Bajoran colony of Free Haven in early 2372. ("To the Death" DS9) The Romulans have a saying, "Never turn your back on a Breen." ("By Inferno's Light" DS9)
Breen. Civilization. The Breen used spacecraft that employed biological technology. ("Scorpion, Part 1" VGR) The Breen allied themselves with the Dominion during the Dominion War ("Strange Bedfellows" DS9) and launched a devestating attack against the city of San Francisco on Earth in late 2375. ("The Changing Face of Evil" DS9)
