PostThu Oct 03, 2002 3:48 pm    Enterprise- Dead Stop

This is next weeks episode of Enterprise. I cant't wait.

Synopsis:

Enterprise, in desperate need of extensive repairs, docks with a mysterious, high-tech, automated space station that inexplicably and amazingly fixes everything, making it almost too good to be true. While waiting for the repairs to be completed, the Enterprise crew searches the unmanned space station and discovers its unique and horrifying power source.

Interesting episode..........Could it explain how the borg got started? It seems weird. But remember their technology is still primative so i dont think they've developed the idea of assilimation yet.

I remember them saying the borg originated from the delta quadrant so no i don't think it is so. But it is a possibility.

they did but, maybe something happened to that station later in the series. Maybe it gets destroyed to the point it couldn't repair itself. So there would go the Alpha station leaving the delta station

Its the first ep this season I hated, and it only took 4 weeks. The plot didn't come together until the end, although the ending makes you think that we may see the station again or at least learn who's behind it. As to the Borg theory, remember that there were Borg living in the Delta Quadrent as early as 2063, when the crew of the Enterprise E came to Earth in "First Contact", so it's unlikely that the Borg were involved with that station in any way, but anything's possible.

Ooh, that was one of the weirder Episodes. It was cool though how the station started repairing itself at the end.

2.5/4 stars

It didn't seem very dramatic as I think they intended it to me. I don't know, maybe it was my mood when I watched it. Heh

Great Ep, Great story line and the graphics were good too. I also like the refrences to Broken Bow. Oh and the scene where Trip and Reed are beamed to the bridge, "Evening Subcommanader" It was Priceless!
