Data is the resident "almost human" of the TNG. I always liked whoever took up that role (spock/data/seven/t'pol) and data is perhaps my favorite. "I am frenchman!"

yeh, I noticed that before, but Voyager sort of hes two, Seven and the EMH

yeah, i would say more the EMH, because is endulges in human culture alot more, like art and oprah. seven is to, but she is more content with who she is, she hasnt a great urge to become human

On the outside she really doesnt, but one the inside I think that she really wants to understand humans to better herself
