I can speak English and an almost extinct Tribal Dialect quite fluently, and I know a shot of dutch, a humorous dose of Japanese, simplistic Mandarin, Another humorous dose of Spanish, and a little punjab. That's it.

English, and can understand French, read it and write it, but can't speak it.
Funnily enough, even though I've never learnt it I can normally figure out the gist of what a Dutch person is saying.

I'm fluent in English, know a few bits and pieces of Welsh (but not a lot, really) and I'm doing French and Spanish at A/S Level, so I know a reasonable amount in both (much more than Welsh) but I'm not fluent.

Lol, Man its hard sometimes though having to talk to a tribe of them, Personally Goerdie is great I think but Charvas going on in Geordie ouch, I've got a headache, They used to talk something called saga or something lol. It was like faow faor fayou, Adding fa on the front of every word, Man that was annoying.
