Who do you think is best suited to have a steady romantic relationship with Captain Jen-Luc Picard?
I've listed the women that Picard has been romantically involved with in his past, but also some women that could have been part of Picard's life if circumstances had been different...
1. Janice Manheim from "We'll Always have Paris," around 2325.
2. Beverly Crusher, 2344 and onward.
3. Phillipa Louvois from "The Measure of a Man," around 2350.
4. Lwaxana Troi, 2366 and onward.
5. Vash from "Captain's Holiday." 2366.
6. Kamala from "The Perfect Mate," 2368.
7. Eline (wife of Kamin) from "The Inner Light," 2368.
8. Neela Daren from "Lessons," 2369.
9. Anij from "Star Trek Inurrection," 2375.
That's quite an amount of women in quite a short period of time...
Which relationship do you prefer and why?

I voted for Lwaxana Troi. She was a crazed sex addict but I think deep down Picard loved it, .

I always liked him with Commander Daren. "Lessons" is a great episode. They just clicked together, and she knew exactly how to draw him out of his shell.

It's hard to put into words but I just think Picard and Crusher had the most chemistry. There was just something between them on screen.
And I think they're similar types, both dedicated to their work, both firm when they need to be but fair too.

^Yeah, I voted for Crusher too. Those two seemed to be made for each other. Lwaxana, hmmm, maybe tat would have been fun but I don't think it would have lasted very long.
His last relationship with Anij from the movie seemed to be very genuine... maybe Anij would have made a good partner for the captain... but we'll never know will we?

I think Picard and Lwaxana Troi should have gotten together for a short time, but in the end he should get with Beverly.

Beverly all the way! They had more chemistry than anyone else. They just had something more than the others - Beverly was one of the only people that could persuade Jean-Luc to change his mind, and you could tell that their relationship was very deep.
Lwaxwana would have been good though. Can you imagine Deanna's face? "Little one, dear, I'm going to be marrying the captain here. That makes him your step-father! Isn't this just wonderful?!?!"

I'd say Anij was a pretty good match for Picard, but like Oliver says we'll never know
