Artists:
Linkin Park
Gob
Three Days Grace
Blink182
Static-x
Maroon 5
Trapt

I've liked punk rock since I first heard it. It just felt a little more *there* than Gothic did.

My favorites are SOME pop (ie. Dido, Michelle Branch), but NOT Brittney and people like her.
I also like soul, R&B (Alicia Keys)
Rap (Nelly, Cam'Ron)
Jazz (Diana Krall)

hmmm, all kinds,

EDIT: Hmmm, saw "Broadway", so I figured I should add,

Cats
Evita
Jesus Christ Superstar
Les Misrables

I like Rock (On the softer side; gets too hard and I turn 'er off) and alternative. Most liked are...

Jewel
Alanis Morisette
Creed
John Mayer
Michelle Branch
Vanessa Carlton
Nickelback
Matchbox 20

More than anything, I like music in which the lyrics make some sort of sense to me...

I can't think of the others, but there is very little music I don't like.

I like 80's Music too, but not the same kind as Jeff.

-Duran Duran
-Bruce Springsteen
-Bryan Adams
-*Gyllene Tider(Swedish band)
-Howard Jones
-Tears For Fears
-Yes
-Frankie Goes to Hollywood
-Queen
-The Outfield
-Twisted Sister
-Deep Purple
-Alphaville

Well, there are many others, but these are my favourites. I also listen to Bob Marley, occasionally.
And, unlike many others, I cannot stand music from the present. Really, I can't stand it. Of course, there are some rare exceptions, such as...well...I guess I'll have to get back to you on that
Sometimes I listen to music from the 90's too, such as Oasis.

*Gyllene Tider = Golden Times.

Hip-hop is getting much better (or diverse) in the last five years. There's been a lot of blending of the music genres. I love most music types... EXCEPT country. BAH

My LEAST favorite grouped genre is Hip-Hop/Rap, particularly because of the use of language. Also I just don't like it.

I like Indi/rock to Goth oh and a bit of Blues/60's rock

Feeder
Muse
Marilyn Manson
Jimi Hendrix
Santana
Foo Fighters
Nirvana
Skunk Anansie
The Distillers
Red Hot chili peppers

I like these because they either have a political message or are just down to earth real. These are basically the opposites to Manufactured pop music such as Westlife and crap like that.
