i thought the enterprise looked beter then the enterpriseA because the enterprise looks like it does not take any BS and the enterprise a looks like the weekest ship ever built... although if they switched the crews of the enterpriseA and the enterprise then they would fit they ships perfectly

Lord_Picard, could you be refering to the E-B? After all, the original and
-A had the same command crews.

Just to make sure, Enterprise is the ship from the original series, right? And Enterprise A is from TNG? If so, then I'd have to go with Enterprise A. The one from the original series looked too fake.

The -A is the one from STIV-VI. You are thinking of the -D

Here is the order of the Enterprises, due to the number of times that people seem to get them mixed up.
Enterprise - nothing - TOS
Enterprise - A - STIV-STVI
Enterprise - B - the first starship seen in Generations
Enterprise - C - Rachel Garret's, in "Yesterday's Enterprise"
Enterprise - D - TNG/Generations
Enterprise - E - First Contact, Insurection, Nemisis
PLEASE LOOK AT THIS IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHAT EACH ONE IS.

Enterprise-A.
The old Enterprise looked so goofy with those big jolly buttons on the consoles that looked like hard candy.

I would think that Enterprise-A is a whole lot better from my views.

If we're talking Enterprise and Enterprise-A, I have to say Enterprise. Mainly because we've seen more of it. The more you see, the more familiar it gets, it's logical (as Spock would have said)!
Right?
If we're talking about ay Enterprise ship, I'll have to say U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D is my favorite! TNG is gr8!!!

The Enterprise-A was definitely an enhancement from the original Enterprise. In ST:TMP, the fly-by of the refitted Enterprise was simply breathtaking, with all the detail, lighting effects and such. I always enjoy that part of the movie the most because of how they really try to show off their most practical character (And yes, for TOS series and movies, I DO consider the Enterprise to be a character.)
